Is this an extraverted behaviour?

Well i am regarded as an Introvert.

But when i get like them annoying as telemarketer calls i usually hang up but sometimes when i'm bored as fuck as fuck can be i usually play around with them, talk with them and ask them all kinds of random kind of shit and try to annoy them.

In school and in class i usually yell things out to make the whole class laugh but this is only if i know the class well enough and the people won't judge me or anything.

Would this point me towards an extravert?

No, I just think it just means you don't like telemarketers

You need to define what you mean by extroverted. Neither one sounds necessarily like extroversion itself, but especially the second one might be extraverted intuition or extraverted feeling.
