Let's see who can figure me out...

Okay, so first test I took gave me ENFJ. Second test gave me ISTJ.
Personally, I think I'm way too much of a conflicting, complex combination to be pinpointed.

    • I think logically & analyze, but I also allow emotions to influence my actions.
    • I always think first, act later.
    • I take time for myself-- alone--, but I also love going to a party and hanging out with friends/getting to know new people, etc. Though sometimes I just want to shut you all out and bolt the door o.o
    • I think about the future, and sometimes sacrifice the now for it, but I also know I must enjoy the moment, so sometimes I sacrifice the future for the now.
    • I am open to new methods, but at the same time I rely on my past experiences. I don't just throw them out he window.
    • Sometimes I plan out my day. Like, I'll set goals. But usually, I never reach them because I am on here posting XD However, sometimes I just think (or say) "SCREW IT!" and go do something random. Like that one time my family woke up and decided we should go on a roadtrip that day.
    • I will do embarrassing things in public. Karaoke, wearing crazy hats, randomly putting on home made costumes even when it's not halloween....stuff like that.
    • For the most part, I don't rally approach people. But there are quite a few days when I feel daring.
    • At school I'm pretty organized-- not so much at home o.o
    • I can usually tell people's moods without knowing them, and if I know them a bit better, what their next course of action will be. It's really easy for me to interpret body language, tone, and personality. Not with tests and stuff, because I'm not all that familiar, but I just have an instinctive knowledge about them.
    • I can analyze a situation, but once again, I can also read and feel emotions. So if my friend is upset, I can pinpoint what when wrong but comfort her at the same time.

*phew* I think that's about it..need more info, ask me xD

It's hard to tell if you are I or E from what you have said. If I'd say "I" there would be much to contradict that from what you've said, and likewise for "E". It's possible you confuse your answers during the test, thinking too hard, or not reflecting enough. The only reason I say this is because when I was younger and took the MBTI test for the first time, I was like ESFJ!? I was just answering the questions how I "wanted" to answer them. Of course I'm not trying to say you did this exactly, because who could be that silly . But you never know.

But yeah you definitely sound NF to me.

Everyone uses both thinking and feeling, but what are you more comfortable using when making decisions?

Do you detach from the situation and figure out your decision.
Or do you take other people in to the equation when taking a decision.

I always think first, act later.
Very much a Judging reaction, but also an Introverted thinkers perspective. Is this strictly to decisions or in everyday life situations?

I take time for myself-- alone--, but I also love going to a party and hanging out with friends/getting to know new people, etc. Though sometimes I just want to shut you all out and bolt the door o.o
Again since we all have need for time alone we also like people around us. But the question is where do you get your energy from?

Is it spending time with your friends where you gain/recharge most of your energy?

Or is it spending time by yourself reading a book doing something on your own where you recharge?

The other question is; do you see the world, from your own head and the outwards towards the world (introversion) or from the outside world and in to the internal world of your psyche (extroversion)?

I think about the future, and sometimes sacrifice the now for it, but I also know I must enjoy the moment, so sometimes I sacrifice the future for the now.
I am open to new methods, but at the same time I rely on my past experiences. I don't just throw them out he window.
Them both, what do you prefer to do?

Sometimes I plan out my day. Like, I'll set goals. But usually, I never reach them because I am on here posting XD However, sometimes I just think (or say) "SCREW IT!" and go do something random. Like that one time my family woke up and decided we should go on a roadtrip that day.
Again we use both, but I think that it would suggest judging.

    that seems very enf.

Ive actually figured out that it does not have anything to do with extroversion introversion but more with shyness. It can happen to anyone even if it is more common in introverts. I have an enfp friend and hes
more of the reserved type and another friend of the same type that is alot more outgoing.

At school I'm pretty organized-- not so much at home o.o
considering your age it can be hard to tell since most teenagers have a messy room. But do you lay things in an ordered way, or just in piles?

I can usually tell people's moods without knowing them, and if I know them a bit better, what their next course of action will be. That sounds like the combo of extroverted feeling

    And introverted intuition.

It was really hard to try and translate into personality...This was pretty hard because you would say something, and then say something completely opposite, its not very personal stuff.... pretty much just describes humans in general

Well, I tried answering as honestly as I could. And Yes, sometimes (mos times actually) I think too hard about a question and go into this analyzing mode and sit in front of the computer brooding over ti as if it were a life changing decision xD

Hmmm...*thinks* Well, I have to say that sometimes I feel that our own happiness means more than logic. So, I'd rather discard the logical thinking part and go with emotions.

Very much a Judging reaction, but also an Introverted thinkers perspective. Is this strictly to decisions or in everyday life situations?
Both. I need to make a hard decision I'll think even more about it, but I always think before I do or say anything. I don't like giving myself to false compromise, nor do I want to end up offending anyone. Overall, I just think thinking is a better choice xD

WEEELLLL....*thinks some more* I'd rather be with my friends rather than brooding by myself. Now for the other question: I don't even get it xD Maybe rephrase it? I'm trying to visualize (as I do with everything) but can't Dx The only thing I can gather from your description for extroversion is if I tend to analyze or look at myself like every other person? Kinda detached? Idk Dx

Them both, what do you prefer to do?

Ehh...see, the thing is that I feel that you need short term goals to reach long term goals, but you also need long terms goals to reach short term goals. Like if you're working hard for the future, you might need some of the now to get your mind off of it and relax. In much the same way, when you're going through some tough times in the now, you need to look to the future to get you through. I think it's something intertwined, that can't be seperated.
I'd say that I'd sacrafice the now for the later, but then what if I fail either way later? XD I didn't get anyhting in the now and I didn't get anything in the later. So that just sucks. However, I do have that natural tendency to sacrifice the now.

Again we use both, but I think that it would suggest judging.

    *nods*

    that seems very enf.

    Does it?

Ive actually figured out that it does not have anything to do with extroversion introversion but more with shyness. It can happen to anyone even if it is more common in introverts. I have an enfp friend and hes
more of the reserved type and another friend of the same type that is alot more outgoing.

Hmm, in that case I think it probably is just shyness. It's only on days I have random bursts of confidence when I approach other people.

considering your age it can be hard to tell since most teenagers have a messy room. But do you lay things in an ordered way, or just in piles?

Piles. o.o Piles and piles and piles. And I'll go around every once in a while and pick up something and put it in it's place, but then I'll get distracted again and leave the piles where they are xD I try to be organized though, but it just doesn't work :P

That sounds like the combo of extroverted feeling

    And introverted intuition.

Yes, I was thinking something along those lines. Is it really possible to capture the complexity of a human being in a personality type? I think there's a bit of everything present, whether some of it may not be as expressed. But I still think it's fun tryign to find out what type you are xD
