Realizing that my main problem with anxiety, is that it is rooted to blood sugar levels. If I don't eat at a constant rate, then I find myself feeling slightly sluggish and prone to anxiety. This of course is all regulated, but it is essential to stave feelings of depression and anxiety away as it can easily grasp onto my consciousnessnessness. For others, if you do, do you have any kind of tips for depleting anxiety? Are there any kinds of methods, foods or remedies to remove anxiety, in case of a breakdown? And how do you react to it once it arises?
P.S this thread is mainly for e7s, but others can chip in if they experience similar problems.
