I was sent this video and it has good information on the nature of fear and anxiety, and some simple tips to eliminate more of it from your life. Thought it might be useful to others on this forum. I already take the steps suggested, and I have much less general anxiety these days than I used to have, which results in me acting more like a 9 when not faced with my specific phobias.
