Did it work? What happened?
I donated to Invisible Children way before Kony.
The what?
Why don't they hire some PMC instead of begging the US military to do something, they got the money.

This kony shit was going on way before.....kony..haha...Little motherfuckers runnin around with Ak-47s....only a matter of time before issues like these become mainstream in the public eye....only a matter of time before we start talking about little islamic kids watching cartoons that teach them to hate jews.
Only 31% of Invisible Children's money even goes to charities, and a lot of it goes to support the Ugandan government which itself rapes and steals from its people. Before this big "Stop Kony 2012" movement, Obama had already sent 100 troops to Uganda (which President Museveni was not thrilled about; a president Invisible Children largely supports) and Kony had already fled the area (way back in 2006), so shows you how well people who partook in the 'movement' paid attention to anything, really. Invisible Children has always been a scam, and one I thankfully never got pulled into.
No, but I'm also not proud of how anti-Kony 2012 I was. I was a real dick to some of my family over it.
I used to support it, then I got arrested for fapping in San Diego.
No, but I was quick to dog out facebook "friends" over their support of the movement. They didn't like being called out on their selective application of cultural relativism, nor were they fond of me calling them suckers for a commercial. Just seemed silly to me to give two shits about it when there are, well, more pressing concerns in one's own country (where's the uproar for a renewed manufacturing industry in the U.S.?). Fucking Gen Y, getting most of their news from Huffington Post. How we'll manage is something that worries me.
Kony? that was that video with all the little sexy children in it wasn't it?
No, because posting status updates on your Facebook and donating to a "charity" that is basically a scam doesn't do anything to help the world. Hipsters are stupid.
