I like regular Coca Cola but I'd rather have Nestea.
As soon as I take a sip a giant pool of bliss forms behind me and I fall in every time.

they're all toxic. as for something which people use to stimulate with virtually no calories (something like less than one per litre??), what the actual hell. How does that sound trustworthy.

Diet coke: Will make you depressed, give you anxiety, and kill your brain. And your teeth. And make you obese and overweight, because it makes you more hungry. And is carcinogenic due to aspartame.

Coke zero: Same as diet coke.

Regular coke: Will destroy your teeth, make you insulin resistant, give you diabetes, overweightness and obesity. Among other various health problems, and likely cancer, cardio-vascular diseases...

I once did an experiment to see how quickly plants would grow with different types of water. One plant, for fun, was watered with coke.

    It didn't even germinate.

So, if I was to choose between the 3? I suppose I'd choose regular coke. But I wouldn't drink it. I'd use it to clean my toilet.

Regular Coke. Aspartame gives me headaches and Diet Coke is loaded with it.

Perfect place to put this, btw.

    Pepsi!

Not because I drink soda, but because they're much more socially responsible than Coke.

Coke zero for me, because I'm on a very low carb diet, so no sugars allowed.
They are all bad for your health, but try a diet soda sweetened with splenda because splenda and stevia are the only artificial sweeteners that was tested for long term use on humans.

I prefer the taste of Coke Zero, as well as the sodium levels. As a chronic migraine sufferer who has sodium as a trigger, avoiding sodium is a very, very good thing to do.

While I know I should just cut out the Soda altogether, I just can't bring myself to do so. I wasn't raised to eat very well, and I've had to teach myself to do so. I've cut out and given up a great many things that would be considered my favorite foods, I think I should be allowed to indulge in a couple bad habits, and Coke Zero is one of my favorites. I don't want to feel like I'm punishing myself, and a meal doesn't feel quite right w/out it. I love tea and coffee and such, and do drink a great deal of water, too, so I think I can afford to allow myself some Coke Zero.

None of them are good for you, but the least bad one, in my opinion, is regular Coca Cola. It has a LOT of sugar, but at least it's just that. Synthetic sweeteners like those in Diet and Zero are far worse in the long run.
