I have mixed feelings on ISPs. I guess you could say that overall, I don't hate any of them. They really do all have a "live and let live" way of being, so even though I sense I sometimes rub them the wrong way, they never give me shit about it.

However, this is kind of an annoying factor with some. I had an ISFP roommate who was really nice, and wouldn't complain about anything messy I left or whatever else I did wrong. However, there were times when I could tell that she didn't like when I had brought a certain friend over at a certain time or something like that, but she never said a word. So, while I wanted to fix things with her, she never voiced her concern and clearly showed she'd rather not be dragged into the argument she didn't want to start. It certainly did nothing for my respect for her, but I could understand why she acted how she did, so I never outright disliked her for any of it.

ISTPs on the other hand.. All of the ones I've met, I've liked. Mostly because they have the same live and let live way, but at the same time will call me out on bullshit and be direct. In fact, the guy I'm crushing on now is an ISTP, and that directness and lack of fear in most situations is a big reason why I like him so much. I can be myself and not have to worry about whether or not my remark is insulting, and if he does take something as an insult it's easy for me to logically explain that I didn't mean it in that way. And then we keep talking, and nobody's feelings are hurt. Also, a guy at my workplace is an ISTP. I did have a crush on him for a while, but our age difference and the fact that I worked with him stopped me from pursuing that. But we still talk, and I still find our conversations invigorating.

i'm an ESFP, and i think a lot of ISPs are just really friendly and entertaining and like people so it kind of draws others in. i find that most people either really love me or really dislike me.i don't really pay attention to people's types though and i haven't tried to pin one on any of my friends so i'm not sure haha

It's probably not as rare as you think.

I'm not sure, I don't feel too well liked. Mainly because I do keep to myself, but in High School I was more out there because I was in the "popular" crowd. So more people talked and hated. I normally did wind up a couple of people because I stated my opinon when I believed something they said was incorrect. Which it clearly was. It could be something that was common sense. They hated me for pointing out things, but who wants to live in the world where you don't know the truth? :P It may be because when I talk, I pronunce(sp) very clearly, and it may come off cold.

They would pick on me for this reason, but I would sarcastly reply to their comments, and piss them off more. My ISFJ friend said you should never argue with me, you will never win. So they liked to get one over on me.

So in conclusion, we can be liked as much as anyone else?

See, this here helps bust up the stereotypes, because i definitely wasn't in the popular crowd.
