I agree with pink. I don't get the whole concept of strip clubs at all.

look but don't touch? screw that. i'm not paying that much money just to see something I could see on the internet for free.

I enjoy physical contact and making women feel amazing, not just staring at them like a highschooler in puberty. i will never understand the appeal of strip clubs.

It's the lesser of two evils.
If my boyfriend wanted to go, I would be offended, but i'm not a controlling person, and I wouldn't tell him not to go. He has never been, so I have nothing to worry about.

If my significant other went to strip clubs once in awhile with his friends, it wouldn't bother me. If I am secure in the relationship then I would trust him to not cross the line. But if there is something wrong with the relationship, or if he is going very often, then there could be a problem. I thought touching in a strip club was minimal though? If it's bumping and grinding, I dunno, I guess I'd have to go with him to make sure the girls aren't getting too nasty on my man. Then sex when we get home.

I went to a strip club with a friend one time. It was just fun, no big deal. I gave the guys some dollars and touched one of them. It didn't cause me to start objectifying men, either. I don't think I would want to be in a relationship with someone who would get jealous about that. It seems insecure and controlling to me.

I don't consider it to be controlling at all, I'd say it's more a question of why does your partner feel the need to go to such places? I mean don't you think about whether you are quenching his biological urges enough? If you are would he still feel a need to go and look at other women? Are you not enough for him? Is he enough for you?

"hey sweety I'm just off to the strip club with my (influential) mates, don't wait up.. love you!". hhmmm.

If the relationship is good, then it's a non-issue. If the relationship isn't so good, then strip clubs probably aren't the main problem. I am not polyamorous, but I will look at other men. I look at porn. So why would I expect him not to?

I guess that is what it comes down to, sharing the same values. And yeah it's true you can't expect your guy to behave one way when you do another.
Maybe I'm just a little traditional when it comes to relationships! lols ...or maybe I just like the idea of being the only one that gets to turn my guy/partner on. Gosh I sound so selfish!

That is completely different as one would be perceived as a threat and one is a transaction, for a girl at a party to do so she would need a genuine attraction to the recipient, in a strip club they just want your money and act interested & attracted. A girl would know that a stripper is no threat to her and her relationship.

The few times I have been to a strip club there was touching, no sexual acts but touching for sure, both ways. It's ok for a cheap thrill and was always a guys night out thing for me.

guess i'm just not a cheap thrill kind of guy

I think if a girl is secure in what her stance is with her guy, she wouldn't care that he goes to strip clubs. it's not like he's in love with those girls. it's just physical attraction.

I think sex should be free.

Why would he be watching someone else get naked and act like she's trying to please him for money?
Why be in a relationship with me at all? I don't understand his reasoning.I don't have time for such shitty treatment. Hasta luego!

I think sex should be free.

I know from personal experience how much more passionate sex is when you give a shit about and know who you're doing it with.

I think sex should be free.

I see it as immaturity, weakness, unkindness toward the stripper (he's financially supporting what I consider unhealthy), and potentially demeaning toward women.
