    Coffee, good for you? My 4 cups a day are going to preserve me forever!!! FOREVER!!! That means Meak and I will be together well into our golden years, yay!!!

    Of course, it has to be in moderation.

    I wonder how many of the tea studies accounted for the effects of caffeine? How much of the benefits from tea are actually because of the caffeine?

    Oh well, now we don't have to worry about drinking a little caffeine here or there.
