I think the tribal instincts between Boomers and Gen Y/Z is pretty cool.
Gen X'ers tend to be far more focused on the individual.
The Boomers are socially conscious, but it's more about conforming to the "right image."
Gen Y/Z seems to be far more tribal than Gen X, where group interactions are very common, except that everyone retains their own individuality within the collective. It's much more about variety and building something out of that, rather than building by trying to get everyone to conform appropriately.
