I voted sometimes. I have to admit that sometimes some of the ISTPs here seem very different from me. To be fair, though, people are different even among the same type - experiences and environment definitely have an influence on personality just as cognitive functions do.

I can relate...even when others post about the personality type.

Don't get a lot of ISFJ threads, but I usually can relate. :)

I also relate a lot to INFJ threads, and there are a lot more of those.

    Most of the time.

One thing I have noticed on many of the type forums is that people often attribute normal everyday human experience to the virtue of being a particular personality type. An exaggeration but, "I crack my knuckles. Do any other INFJs crack their knuckles?" We'll then get a thread full of INFJs patting each other on the back and confirming that INFJs crack their knuckles. There's also the possibility that some folks will post in that thread saying that they don't crack their knuckles, which kind of makes the conversation moot. But then those people are ignored.

There are some things to which I can relate and there are others that I cannot.

    Yeah, I've noticed that also...
Atleast 30% of the threads I see are things like 'Do any other ISFPs enjoy eating spaghetti?' or 'Is wearing non-matching socks an INTP thing?'...

Rarely, I think are about 3 ENTPs I relate to.

Even after reading about all of the MBTI stuff in books, I was amazed at how well I related to a lot of the things other ISFJ's post. It's certainly not true for everything, and I've noticed in particular some differences in male/female ISFJ's. And sometimes an ISFJ will post something that just doesn't fit for me. However, for the most part, I feel on the same page as the other ISFJ's on PerC. They'll post things I will relate to very accurately, and sometimes they'll even post things that are true about me that I didn't even realize until they posted it! And I've noticed they often feel the same way about my posts.
