Physical exercise and I will never be friends and I am completely okay with that.

However, I voted for "I exercise indirectly" which happens by chance quite often.

The idea of doing exercise deliberately every day is awful.

Well, I have my own fitness trainer....... and talk about inexpensive. All she wants is food, water and me to keep her healthy. Equipment is cheap too. 5 bucks for a leash.

Agreed. I could never and will never own a gym membership.

I exercise nearly every day, but have to choose "at least once a week" to be completely honest. I dance Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and sometimes Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday (rarely on Saturday). I lift weights on Wednesday and Friday if I'm not dancing those days. I also try to lift once during the weekend, but that can be pretty hit-or-miss. (Depends on how lazy I'm feeling that weekend. )

I try to aim for 3 times a week. I do walk a lot though.

Nop - too lazy... And besides oxidative cell stress is the worst killer that exist! so i prefer to have my ass down on the chair than to run and exercise.

I try to be active 3-4 times a week (hike, jog, gym, etc..). I think it's good for the brain as well as the body. I mentally feel MUCH better when I am active.

I don't go to a gym, but I try to get in some cardio at least once a day- throwing football and distance walking are my methods of choice. A good sweat always gives me more energy.
Risen from Ashes and Sela thanked this post.
