My job is a phyiscally active one, and I walk most places in my three times
I excersize 3 times a day. Maybe it's a bit much, but I like feeling healthy and strong.
After lifting weights for a year...
I can now do...
*drum roll*
2 pushups!!!!
Yeah...not really impressive...

But on the bright side I score big in DDR =D
I have a physical job, and I also do stretches/yoga at home. So every day.
The air quality here is much too bad (only field, no forest) so I have no energy for this.![]()
I used to play tennis five days a week, but that was on a team of which I'm no longer a part. Now, I'm in want of a partner. So for the moment my exercise is just the occasional jog. I focus a lot on the other part of staying physically fit, which is my diet.
