Your personality tendencies in a nutshell...
You are very dependable and almost always follow through with your commitments. You value different and aesthetic experiences more than the average person. You tend to be relaxed in most situations and can handle stress well. You are always polite and respectful toward others and avoid confrontation even to the point of being gullible. You show some tendency towards being reserved in most social situations.

    About that "Disciplined" bubble...
To always be responsible and dependable gets too heavy at times and you just have to shirk it all sometimes of and do something that is wild and crazy, like going to sleep WITHOUT brushing your teeth. Come and do your worst, dental bacteria! No one is arguing that you are not reliable; it's just that you differ from your very high conscientious peers in that you also have some streaks of impulsivity and can make some spontaneous decisions, rather than lumbering through all of the alternative scenarios. Maybe you're disorganized (God forbid), or perhaps you like to leave your dirty socks all over the house (the horror), or you're a procrastinator (that's the worst one of all). Whatever is the case, you are not conscientious to the extent that you bore people with your stodgy ways.

    About that "Abstract" bubble...
Your scores indicate that while you are clearly a non-traditionalist, there are some aspects of your personality that are rooted in the comforts of the mundane. You may value artistic expression to the extent that walking through museums full of antiquities is your favorite thing to do. Perhaps you revel in the abstract and the unknown. Yet, you also shake your head in wonderment as to why some people choose to live their lives or decorate their bodies so non-traditionally. At times, you may also find yourself fixed in certain ideas, even though you pride yourself in being open to novelty and creative thinking. In the end, all this suggests is that you take a pinch of convention along with a scoopful of whimsy in your drink of choice.

    About that "Unemotional" bubble...
Some people consistently react emotionally to their environment and freak out over little things. You, my friend, are not among those people - at least not usually. Worrying and stressing are not your typical style. Even faced with absurd circumstances, you are calm and may pride yourself in your ability to use logic and reason. As a consequence of your Dalai Lama-like persona, you seldom experience the highs and lows of more emotionally reactive folks. Rather, your moods could be graphed like the flat-line of an ER patient. That analogy may seem grim, but *really*, who is more placid than the person who ceases to be? Anyhoo, if you're annoyed with my analogy right now, it's probably because you only scored medium high in the emotional stability trait and have some tendencies to be easily disturbed and offended.

    About that "Cooperative" bubble...
You are such a nice person that people often wonder if there's something darker lurking beneath the surface. Your Eddie Haskell, "Gee, you look really nice today, Mrs. Cleaver" behavior may make some people wonder what it is that you're really after, but then they realize that you're the real deal and they plot to take advantage of your kindness. After all, you also tend to believe that most people are trustworthy and honest so you would fall for just about any ruse. I'll warn you now, don't give away any of your savings to phone psychics or in-laws with big plans to strike it rich. Your tenderness makes you a big sucker for anything that might tug at your heart strings. It would not be surprising if you've sent money off to Ethiopia to save the starving children or at the very least, donated to your local homeless person down the street. In short, you're a sweet, kind person and you should never change.

    About that "Introverted" bubble...
For the most part, you are a fairly reserved person, who thinks before you speak and cogitates on all the facts before you act. You may be very successful and work hard for your goals and dreams, but prefer to celebrate your successes outside of the limelight as you do not like to bring attention to yourself. Is it difficult for you to meet people because you have to force yourself to greet the world on its terms? You may fall into one of two categories - you secretly wish that people would talk to you so that they can see what an absolutely wonderful, interesting, and charming creature you are OR you secretly (not so secretly wish) that people would just go away. It's not inaccurate to say that the life of an introvert is much like being underwater at a community pool, which is somewhat isolating but tranquil until you reach the surface of the pool and have to contend with the "noises" of everyday life. Because you have some extroverted tendencies, you may find the world at large a little more welcoming than your introvert "thoroughbred" sisters and brothers.

r personality tendencies in a nutshell...
You dislike making commitments or plans because another more attractive opportunity may arise later. You feel comfortable with routine, but you are also quite receptive to new experiences. You show some tendency toward anxiety and worry. You can be critical at times, but you are supportive to most people. You live a quiet life and are reserved in your actions and behaviors.
YouJustGetMe.com's guest psychologist Dr. Peggy has a little more, uh, informal interpretation of your traits...

About that "Casual" bubble... "What's the big deal?" might be one of your favorite mottos. Indeed, you are pretty casual in your approach to life, taking thing as they come and not worrying too much about the future, or even the next minute. You're spontaneity earns you friends as you are very fun to be with. However, the same friends might be annoyed by your inability to show up to places on time, or even show up. Your parents may have worried about your lack of ambition at times, but hey, there's a job for everyone...</SPAN>.even slackers like yourself. While your more stuffy peers are worrying about their incomes and 401Ks, you are out there living life to the fullest, today, tomorrow, forever. Your scores indicate that while you tend to be fairly relaxed, you also exhibit some responsible tendencies. Could it be that sometimes you actually have a plan and enjoy some semblance of order? Who knows, maybe tomorrow you might actually choose to work instead of play.

About those "Concrete" and "Abstract" bubbles... Openness is not one of your defining traits. This means that while you do value creativity and artistic expressions to some degree, you are also equally comfortable with conservatism and things that are more plain and simple. Depending on the context, you may be more interested in concrete ideas versus abstract thinking, and vice versa. It could also be that you are highly open in some areas, and more conservative in other areas of your life. Maybe you're the type of person who has quite the vivid imagination and are chock-full of enthusiasm for different concepts, but prefer to stick to "safer" foods that you recognize. Raw fish anyone? NOT.

About that "Neurotic" bubble... If you were 100% neurotic, it would mean that you always felt stressed, anxious, and as a consequence of the first two emotions, depressed. Lucky for you your scores indicate that you are only about 50-75% neurotic. This means that you have some time off for good behavior and that there are many times when you feel balanced and calm. You may feel emotions very intensely and maybe even experience physiological cues to stress (sweating, quickening blood pressure, and faster heart beats are a few things that come to mind). However, you are able to control your rising anxiety with relative speed. Some people interpret neuroticism as a bad trait to have, but look at it this way - neurotic people are never bored with their own thoughts and their emotionally labile temperaments allow them to experience a whole range of feelings in very short periods of time. It's like the weather. If you don't like the mood, wait 5 minutes.

About those "Competitive" and "Cooperative" bubbles... You're not exactly a people-person, but you're not exactly a curmudgeon either. While agreeable people tend to care a lot about others' problems and competitive people might use others' disadvantages to their advantage, you are the kind of person to care, but not overly much. Sure, you want to make people feel comfortable with you, but wouldn't knock yourself out to do so. You are likely to tell people what you think even if those beliefs are unpopular, but you do try to relay your thoughts in a relatively caring way. You may show more compassion for people if it just so happens that the situation strikes you the right way and speaks to your personal experiences.

About that "Introverted" bubble... Do you have difficulty remembering what your voice sounds like sometimes because you rarely ever use it? Do you talk to people at parties, or are you too busy hiding in a corner? Has anyone ever filed a missing persons report on you just to find you days later in the basement playing your one millionth game of solitaire? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may be what psychologists call introverted. Introverted people can mostly be found among librarians, scientists, and any other professions where an individual would never have to interact with another human being, ever. In fact, the prospect of having to deal with people may give you hives. What do you know, introverts, you may have a medical condition. You tend to be a hesitant person and have to mull things over for days, weeks, and even years before you act on whatever idea you have. If you wait too long though, opportunity might just slip away and you'll never know what could have been. On the bright side, introverts are typically geniuses, mad geniuses with crazy hair, but geniuses nonetheless.

Your personality tendencies in a nutshell...
You dislike making commitments or plans because another more attractive opportunity may arise later. You value different and aesthetic experiences more than the average person. You worry a great deal, and stress can make you feel unhappy. You can be critical at times, but you are supportive to most people. You show some tendency towards being reserved in most social situations.

    About that "Neurotic" bubble...
You are more neurotic than a hamster without its wheel. If you were described as an inanimate object, surely you would be a roller coaster because you have more ups, downs, and loopty loops than any high flying machine. In reality, you probably stress out before riding roller coasters because you wonder what would happen if the restraining belt broke on your car, flung you out, and you were never to be heard from or seen again until one day a band of roving gypsy children came across your body. This brings me to the following point. You are obsessive and often worry about things that A) only exist in your mind or B) you have no control over. As for your insecurities, here it is, for once and for all, for the whole world to see: You're smart enough, good enough, and dog gone it, people like you. It would be a good idea for you to do breathing exercises and relax once in awhile so that you don't one day spontaneously combust while thinking about whether or not the planet will be taken over by mutant bacteria.

This is just about right on:

You enjoy making plans and commitments but you sometimes don't follow through. You are curious about many different things and highly value artistic expressions and ingenious thoughts. You worry a great deal, and stress can make you feel unhappy. You are typically respectful toward others and dislike confrontation. You live a quiet life and are reserved in your actions and behaviors.

About those "Casual" and "Disciplined" bubbles... Conscientiousness is not one of your defining traits, meaning that you are neither anal retentive nor anal expulsive. What does that mean? In a nutshell, you keep it together fairly well, but you do not suffer too much if you let things fall through the cracks every once in a while. If you make plans with a friend, chances are good that you will show up at the designated time. Then again, something better may come up or you just might forget. Either way, you're good. Another possibility is that you are very conscientious about some things, but more relaxed about other things. For example, you might demand the utmost rigor and discipline in your scholarly/work life, but keep your home looking like a garage sale gone terribly awry, with various articles of clothing and personal belonging strewn about. Where's Fido? Hopefully he hasn't been eaten by the alien life that has developed since the last cleaning.

About that "Abstract" bubble... You are intellectually curious, imaginative, and literary. I do believe the technical term is "artsy fartsy." When reading poetry, the images may move you until you quiver with delight, or perhaps quivering from all of the espresso that you've been drinking. Speaking of caffeine, it would not be a big surprise if you indulged in other substances to heighten your senses. After all, whoever heard of creative geniuses who were sober? Freud was a coke-head, Hemingway was a fall-down drunk, and Robert Johnson supposedly sold his soul to the devil, probably while high on wacky tabacky. You have quite the active fantasy life and are often in la la land, earning you the well-deserved nickname "space cadet" from your loved ones. Mostly, you're a lot of fun to hang out with because you're always game for whatever idea your non-medicated (but should be) friend has in mind. The next time someone suggests that you streak naked in the dead of winter, do think twice, or at least wear some mittens.

It would be a good idea for you to do breathing exercises and relax once in awhile so that you don't one day spontaneously combust while thinking about whether or not the planet will be taken over by mutant bacteria.

About that "Cooperative" bubble... Your scores would suggest that you tend to be more agreeable than you are competitive. What does that mean? For starters, it means that you have a fairly strong tendency to believe in social harmony and cooperation. You are a nice person. You want people to get along and do the right thing - for each other, for the greater humanity. That's not to say that you are a total pushover, but that you believe in the niceties of life. This is probably why you are very popular with people and have many friends. The difference between you and someone who is very high in agreeableness is that you have a bit of an edge. Maybe you laugh when people fall down and hurt themselves, maybe you secretly occasionally think people suck. Whatever it is that's holding you back from winning Ms. or Mr. Congeniality, that's also what makes you more interesting.

About that "Introverted" bubble... Do you have difficulty remembering what your voice sounds like sometimes because you rarely ever use it? Do you talk to people at parties, or are you too busy hiding in a corner? Your personality tendencies in a nutshell...
You rarely make commitments to people or your environment because you prefer to keep your options open, even at the expense of achievement. You value different and aesthetic experiences more than the average person. You tend to be relaxed in most situations and can handle stress well. About that "Casual" bubble... As a child, your mother probably told you to pick up your room at least a zillion times. Alas, you didn't pick up your room then, and you sure as heck ain't going to pick up your room now. Look around; you probably see a stockpile of dirty dishes, clothes on the floor, and maybe even leftover pizza behind the couch from the 1980s. Is it a wonder why you can never find your keys? Speaking of finding things, where's Pookie, the pooch? Probably underneath all of the junk that used to be known as your living room. You tend to be impulsive and wind up doing things that other people might consider extremely risky. Just because you packed up your belongings and moved to India one day to become a snake charmer does not mean that you don't have a plan. Because of your laissez-faire attitude, you will always think that everything is okay and will probably spend much less of your life worrying about mundane stuff than other people. Who knows, you might just enjoy an adventure or two along the way.

About that "Abstract" bubble... Your scores indicate that while you are clearly a non-traditionalist, there are some aspects of your personality that are rooted in the comforts of the mundane. About that "Extraverted" bubble... I've got two words for you: Party Animal. Your personal motto should be "Bring it on!" You are open to all of life's experiences, including the ones that would make your mother cringe. Bungee jumping, skydiving, and extreme sports were made for people like you in mind who enjoy the thrill of life affirming experiences and are unafraid to break every last God-fearing bone in their bodies. Without a little excitement to perk you up every now and then, you would wither away into a tiny speck of dust, or be bored out of your mind, whichever comes first. You know that person at every party who stands in the darkened corner not talking to anyone looking mildly uncomfortable? Yeah, that's not you. You're the one working the crowd, filling the noisy room with your distinct laughter. You have an opinion about every topic and are not afraid to speak your mind, even if it's about something as obscure as cane toads in Australia. How can you hear yourself think with all of that talking that you do? Just for something new, try being Zen for a week instead of yapping away to anyone who'll listen to you or thinking about the next adventure. You might surprise yourself and enjoy the silence.
    -------------------------------------------------
I don't know how I got 'unemotional', but I've always considered myself to be very emotional and sensitive

"You are such a nice person that people often wonder if there's something darker lurking beneath the surface"

No no, it's pretty much all sunshine and rainbows, and if I'm upset, I wear it on my face haha

Because you have some extraverted tendencies, you may find the world at large a little more welcoming than your introvert "thoroughbred" sisters and brothers.

Your personality tendencies in a nutshell...

You dislike making commitments or plans because another more attractive opportunity may arise later. You are curious about many different things and highly value artistic expressions and ingenious thoughts. You tend to be relaxed in most situations and can handle stress well. You fight for your own best interests and are comfortable expressing your opinions for purposes greater than others' emotions. You show some tendency towards being reserved in most social situations.

Your parents may have worried about your lack of ambition at times, but hey, there's a job for everyone....even slackers like yourself.

About that "Competitive" bubble... Hello Oscar, the grouch. This would be your alter-ego, if you had one. Other media characters you may identify with include: grumpy smurf, grouchy dwarf, and Jack Nicholson with a golf club in his car. No, you're not really that bad, you say to yourself. People just misunderstand the fact that you have a strong personality. Yeah, okay. You enjoy being argumentative, and find yourself using phrases like, "I'm going to squash you like a bug" even during a friendly game of Candyland with your five-year old niece. Wasn't it enough that you already beat her at Old Maid? Had to finish her off, did ya? You might have trouble admitting defeat, even when you suspect that you are in the wrong. Being stubborn may win you a bunch of victories, but why is the person reading this over your shoulder nodding?

About that "Introverted" bubble... For the most part, you are a fairly reserved person, who thinks before you speak and cogitates on all the facts before you act. You may be very successful and work hard for your goals and dreams, but prefer to celebrate your successes outside of the limelight as you do not like to bring attention to yourself. Is it difficult for you to meet people because you have to force yourself to greet the world on its terms? Your personality tendencies in a nutshell...
You enjoy making plans and commitments but you sometimes don't follow through. You value different and aesthetic experiences more than the average person. You tend to be relaxed in most situations and can handle stress well. You are typically respectful toward others and dislike confrontation. You may be outgoing or reserved depending on the situation.

About those "Introverted" and "Extraverted" bubbles... There are two possible reasons why you might have scored right smack dab in the middle on the trait of extraversion/introversion. First, you may be the type of person that answers "that sort of sounds like me" to questions about how you interact with the world. Do you like to party like it's 1999? Do you enjoy making small talk with the walls at a friendly get together? The answer to these incisive questions and other similar inquiries that tap into your social prowess would typically be "sometimes." The second possible reason why you are both extraverted and introverted (or neither of these traits, depending on how you look at it) is because you are statistically bipolar - answering an emphatic, "yessiree Bob" to some questions, while inaudibly whispering "that's not me" to other questions - causing your answers to cancel each other out. Never fear, balance is here. Frankly, being capable of enjoying time out with friends and sharing a laugh or two is that much sweeter if you can also savor time alone and take pleasure in quiet.

About those "Unemotional" and "Neurotic" bubbles... To quote the Hershey chocolate company, "sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don't." That pretty much sums up your score on the trait of emotional stability. There are times when you feel such intensity of emotions, mostly negative, that you just want to lie down and spend the day thinking about how you can score Prozac. In other contexts (like when you are on your meds), you feel just fine - calm, happy, ready to face the day. The emotions cancel each other out and you look like you are dealing with life fairly well statistically. Another possibility for your middle scores on emotional stability is that some things push your button more than others and when your buttons get pushed, you stress and freak. What's that I hear? Is that your mom calling? For the most part though, you are the epitome of grace under pressure.
