    MBTI Text Analyzer

I find this highly useful for finding the type of people that won't cooperate, or people I'm stalking (j/k XD). It tends to work best when something less edited is put in (and of course when you have a large enough sample). for example, I got INTJ when I put in my posts around this forum, but INTP when I put in my essays, and (worst of all) ESFP when I put in my short stories.

Aaaaggh, I write like an xSFJ. Not surprised actually because I live and grew up in a house full of SFJ's

  3. #3

omg, this is so much fun. YES.

I tried it on my very first blog entry, and it said I was an ISFP.
I tried it on my post about anal-retentive people, and it said I was an INFJ.
I tried it on my post about my childhood sexual fantasies, and it said I was an INFJ.
I tried it on my post about extremists, and it said I was an INTP.
I tried it on my post about non-idealists, and it said I was an INTP.
I tried it on my post about laziness and it said I was an ISTJ.

So, while this is interesting and fun, it hasn't guessed correctly yet.

Well, apparently I'm a pretty strong ESFJ based on some free writing about how much I hate going out shopping.

i got intp, infj, esfj, estj...wtf.

Do you type anything? I had a bit of a mess around with it and got this

    1: Introversion (94.2 %)
    2: iNtuition (53.4 %)
    3: Feeling (99.6 %)
    4: Judging (75.2 %)

So I got INFJ. Which is not me :/
Maybe, deep down I am a INFJ?

I also tried it on some other posts/blogs of mine. I keep getting 'sensing'. Maybe because I use the words 'love' and 'feel' a lot. I don't know. Maybe I am a strong senser as well as being a strong intuitive person? It even said I was a strong EXTROVERT in some posts. Which is odd.

I did this a while back and got INTJ on a couple of different writing samples. Strong I and T, weaker N and J.

I tested my non-fiction and fiction writing:

    I/E: Non-Fiction:

    1. Introversion (74.6 %)
    2. Extraversion (25.4 %)

    I/E: Fiction:

    1. Introversion (94.6 %)
    2. Extraversion (5.4 %)

    N/S: Non-Fiction:

    1. iNtuition (92.0 %)
    2. Sensing (8.0 %)

    N/S: Fiction:

    1. iNtuition (57.4 %)
    2. Sensing (42.6 %)

    T/F: Non-Fiction:

    1. Thinking (99.9 %)
    2. Feeling (0.1 %)

    T/F: Fiction:

    1. Feeling (98.5 %)
    2. Thinking (1.5 %)

    P/J: Non-Fiction

    1. Perceiving (81.2 %)
    2. Judging (18.8 %)

    P/J: Fiction:

    1. Perceiving (60.0 %)
    2. Judging (40.0 %)

    Results:

I write non-fiction like an INTP and fiction like an INFP.

    Results (Part Two):

I posted two larger samples from other works. I received INTP for non-fiction and ISFP for fiction.

I randomly tested a few famous people too:

    Bertrand Russell - INTP
    George Carlin - INXP
    Robert Anton Wilson - INXP
    Plato/Socrates - INFP
    Philip K. Dick - INFP
    Kurt Vonnegut - INFP
    Hunter S. Thompson - INTP
    Oscar Wilde - INTP
    Noam Chomsky - INTP

    Weird.

When I say large samples... I mean really large. I put in all my posts in PC from November. That was how I got INTJ. I tried something like that shorter... put my first post in as well as a few comments I'd posted on Tkae's profile. Got ISTJ. Nyah, it's based on the sliding scale. 3/4 not too bad.
