    I find this accurate as well.

    Fe: 39.9; Ni: 39.7 = (excellent use)
    Fi: 34.7 = (good use)
    Se: 27.6; Ne: 25.7 Se: 24.7; Ti: 24.6 = (average use)
    Te: 23.5 = (limited use)
