    Task Oriented means that you are capable of focusing on information. Completing tasks which require high degrees of concentration. Most people who score high in Task Oriented are very good at multi-tasking.



    43% Team Oriented (Around 41% is average)



    People who score high in Team Oriented enjoy organizations and place their power in it's strictures. Those who score low are more independent and less worried about rules.



    18% Extrovert (Around 42% is average)



    A high score in Extrovert indicates that your energy dervies from being around other people. Lower scores indicate that your energy derives from inside yourself, and are therefore more Introverted.



    36% Power (Around 60% is average)



    A high score in Power would indicate that you enjoy control and leadership positions, perhaps. A lower score might indicate that you prefer more diplomatic approaches.



    15% Reasoning (Around 58% is average)

    This was the IQ testing portion. Higher scores indicate higher intelligence. Take this score with a grain of salt. There were only a handful of questions & after answering 50 questions, most people don't want to think too hard.
