Mother: ENFP (suffers from bi-polar disorder though)
    Father: ISTP

I get along with my parents fairly well all things considering, although I am constantly annoyed by the lack of planning that they do. It seems like they never think anything through and then wonder why they make consistently bad choices. On a personal level we get along, they both respect my space and my interests. My brother is an INTP and my sister is an ISFP so I dunno how that works in the grand scheme of genetics.

My mother is most likely ESTP, but I can also see some ENTJ at times. Hard to tell really.

    My brother is ENTP.

My father is too much of a nut job to be able to tell. He has mental issues. I suspect INFJ? But even I don't know.

Wow, I'm shocked and dismayed by how many N children have two S parents.. I thought personality was somewhat hereditary? Does that mean I could have.. say.. an ESFJ? Cant imagine the horror of trying to parent it..

    Dad - ENFJ
    Mom - INFP
Siblings - 2 are NF, 2 are NT

No relationship with the Dad. 90% of the time he's fine, but occasionally he tries some truly evil manipulation (common for ENFJs I've heard) that makes me feel sick at the same time I pity him for not having learned by now it doesnt work with me. *sigh*

Mom makes me crazy - subjective judgements, conflict avoidance at all costs, and just general sensitivity to everything.. but I love her :)

    Mom: ESTJ
Dad: Most likely INTP despite how religiously fundamentalist he can be at times. Maybe his Fe is running wild, I have no idea.

I get along with my dad pretty well, and we agree on lots of things. But sometimes he can't accept other people's methods of reasoning. My INFP sister takes his criticism as an attack on her identity though. As for my mom though, she looks down upon me and my sister's introversion and she tries much too hard to mold us (especially me) into versions of her. It's hard for her to understand my views and perspective on things, and in my opinion she can be quite selfish even though she tries to make it seem as if her actions are in everyone's best interest.

My Father is an ENFP and my Mother is INTJ. My Mom's twin is an extrovert.

I'm guessing here. I don't know the types so well. I'm thinking my mom was an INFP? Very difficult to decide that one. She could have been an E. She was really emotionally manipulative, cunning, and neglectful. But, strictish.

And my dad, I think, was an ESTP. I understood my dad better than my mom, by far, and I usually sided with him in their arguments, because he made more sense. But, he was a bit neglectful too, in his way. He was far too lenient and easygoing about things, but he liked things done a certain way. I have no idea.

    Unknown Personality

    Father: ESTJ
    Mother: ENFJ

Considering my basically non-existent Si, me and my father clash with each other quite often. He's a lot more organized, active, enjoys doing many things and he has always had certain expectations about me, so he'd promptly criticize me for showing laziness or being chaotic, which I always am. Since he used to work in another country, I grew up with my mom for the first 5 years of my life, so I never was able to adapt to him. But in the end, I'd say he's a cool father, even though it's quite a love-hate relationship.

My mother, on the contrary, is someone I've always got along really well with. She's the kind of person that would support her son even if he was a mass-murderer, which you could say isn't that nice lol. But still, I consider myself extremely lucky to have her: I never really missed anything and me and my father wouldn't have gotten along nearly as well as we do, had it not been for her.

    Mum: Unhealthy ISTJ
    Dad: ESTJ

I get on great with my dad but having a normal conversation with my mum's pretty difficult, although I understand she is not a typical ISTJ.

Hmmm, think my dad's an S type, ISTP perhaps. Mom's probably ESF something. I think my brother and I are both INTPs, lol.
