Are you referring to geniocracy? Or somehting very similar to it?
I'm guessing a lot of NTs dream of such a world.

I would think that it would be more of an anarchy form of government, as they would let people "think for themselves". That or a world where political leaders had more foresight than they do now and can think for themselves (and encourage people to do so now), instead of thinking about how things are now and making long-term policies as if that'll work in the future and in the present (even though it may not work in the future). Of course, there would be more scientific advantages and innovation happening.
That and intelligence (or new ideas generally speaking) would be more welcome and praised (and possibly implemented). I tend to think the world would be a better place if more NTs led society, although some SJs would be needed to make sure that their heads can be grounded and such too ha ha.
an NT-led world would have a lot of "could have" problems caused by a lack of "should have"
not to mention the amount of top-down miscommunication there would be. Can you imagine the frustration of NT world leaders trying to explain to sensors the concepts behind the global restructuring of society? They'd be all "you can't do that! we've never done that before! it's wrong! Irresponsible! Blah blah blah"
Meanwhile the NT's are going "oh for fuck's sake just do what we say please"
