Hey, I was wondering: Did you have imaginary friends as a kid?
My mother told me I had one though. I was wondering if it was a common thing among NFs...
Nope, I don't think I had one before... but I guess that was replaced by playing dress-up, pretending to be Sailor Moon, making paper clothes for my Barbie doll when I went swimming, etc.
However, my INTP friend has an imaginary friend named Bob. =]
I had one named brittany for a few weeks, then forgot about her because I was too busy imagining other stuff.
I had an imaginary friend when I was little.
I didn't curiously enough...I used my imagination to pretend I was different people lmao
Like...for some reason i would get caught up in pretending ot be different celebrities...I felt the way I thought they would and crap like that...ok I'm weird >.<
I had an imaginary baby dinosaur when I was about ten and also imaginary boyfriends I kissed a lot before I actually began seriously kissing boys. Today I have imaginary children: Remy and Euphoria (Twins) Random, Orion and now, Kick. My real kids have all-American names, so I name the imaginary ones anything I want. :')
My brothers and sisters call themselves aunts and uncles to the imaginary ones too. It's all for fun people!
I never had one, but always wanted one. My bro is only 17 months ahead of me so we played adventures together most of the time.![]()
I never had an imaginary friend, but I did like to pretend my beanie baby cats and other stuffed cats were magical living and talking beings.I never actually talked to them or anything like that, but instead imagined scenarios about them inside my head... I guess it was actually a lot like imagining my own children's cartoon TV show inside my head on a regular basis. o.o
Yep! My biggest one was Ex Calibur. He was something of a leader of the planet "Invisibleland" I created, along with me. He was a star quarterback in the planet's football league and also helped establish the Ninjastic ninja police force that looked over the planet. I'd often pretend he'd come out of doors I'd open, or I'd go visit him through "warp zones" of my own mind.
I enjoyed inventing fictional countries and civilizations and I still do. My favorite imaginary civilization from childhood was a Greco-Roman-themed civilization of mice and other critters which I spent most of 6th grade thinking about. My righteous civilization's foe was a distant continent of villainous rabbits with a Conquistador theme (imagine rabbits wearing morions, cuirasses, etc)
