Are you prepared? Can you help me?

I'm willing to make an assumption and say that, some personality types will be a lot more confident than others, whilst the rest may be harder on themselves and more self-critical. Are there any personality types that may commonly come off as more insecure than others? Can you name them?

And, to go along with this, in your opinion what do you think are the personality types who are more prone to becoming depressed?

What do you think are the most Introverted Extroverts, or the most Extroverted Introverts?

I find it incredibly difficult to define the differences between S/N, F/T and (especially) J/P. Are you able to? How would you define them and their differences?

i can answer one question. apparently isfps are the most extraverted intoverts and enfps most introverted extraverts.
