    N + Headaches

I know I'm not the only one because some of my friends who are Ns (Two INTJs and an INTP) suffer from intense headaches. I was wondering if any other Ns on this site have them, and if so were you prescribe anything.

I went to my Doctor and was prescribe iBuprofen when I was around 9 because I have intense headaches. I asked the Doctor whats the difference between this brand and the ones sold in stores. Turns out the ones sold in stores are 250-500MG tablets while the one I'm taking is 800MG tablets.

I only take them every once in awhile because I dislike taking medicine but I've been taking them alot more lately. I think I might need to go back and get checked out ... or maybe its just the time of year when people get sick and a cold (that I have no symptoms of) is amplifying my headaches.

I wonder if there is a correlation. I'm an N as well, and I suffer from either migraines or stress headaches. Whatever it is (I've never been diagnosed), I usually get one once every three months or so. Given that things like stress, sudden changes in ambient temperature (i.e. with the change of seasons), change in sleep habits, etc trigger them, I'm inclined to call them migraines. Plus light and sound make me nauseous when I have them. So yeah, I don't know if that's what you experience or not, but those are the sorts of headaches I get. (For your sake, I hope you don't get these. They're awful. They render me completely incapable of doing anything other than lying in bed, suffering in silence and in darkness.)

You might have migraines... Ibuprofen won't be enough for that. Thats a high dose by the way...
I don't have that, but I feel for those who do.
I've seen severe cases when they have nausea, vomiting, and no tolerance for light.

The light thing doesn't affect me because I'm rarely up in the daytime, and if I am its probably because I haven't went to sleep yet. I'm a Nightowl. Don't get me wrong I can be up in the day, but it takes me taking sleeping pills and setting three alarm clocks.

Day is just not my time of day. That is why I'm moving to Nevada when I get my degree(s).

why would you move to Nevada if you like the nights? I would think that would just steal them away from you, and make everything seem as day...

and no... I don't get headaches really at all. If I do it pretty much just takes a lot of water, sleep, or both to cure.

I think it's because the N is natural for a woman. Men have to pay with headaches.
