The connotation for "reserved" I was trying to imply was sort of a "not normally talkative" or "initiator of a conversation" sort of thing. It’s purely in the conversational sense.
Would this be possible?

I don't know that I'd equate reserved with the idea of not initiating conversations. Both apply to me in the way I have a natural knack to get people talking about what interests them. If they seem to have any sort of block on getting things going, I lay out the framework for the conversation and then let them go at it. At the same time, I'm tactful and patient enough in my fishing that I certainly tend to foster a general air of "reservation", unless someone seems to want me to take on the spotlight.
After reading Jung's Psychological types, thats the general idea I got too-- but some of thoes personality tests equate it to being a loner or a person who actively enjoys conversation...
I've never taken the MBTI, and I can't find any qualified administrators in the local area... so by no means am I insinuating anything against that.
I am very interested in your signature there-- I think I saw something about arranging all eight function-types on this site somewhere, so I guess I now have to re-read that post. What are the "9w1" and "SCUAI" parts?
You sir, deserve a medal. My thoughts, even after reading the extraverted and introverted sections, kept having some sort of intuitive bias and confusion over wether or not I was an extrovert or introvert. Many people thought, because I am incredibly quiet all the time, that I was "obviously an introvert"... but after reading Jung's book, I really belive I have a fully consious extrovert type... most likely extroverted thinking... but I still need to actively apply the definitions and types before I really have a good idea about something complicated like this.

The 9w1 is an enneagram type and essentially means that my main motivational factor is preserving harmony in the world around me I suppose. There's some decent literature about it on the forums here.
SCUAI is a SLOAN type, which I honestly haven't thought about for a year, so to find out more on that, you're best to google.
ENTJs are often confused with introverts, at least by me. They tend to appear "reserved" in many social situations. How I tell an ENTJ from and INTJ is what happens if something goes wrong. The ENTJ assumes it is someone else's fault, and the INTJ worries that it is their fault.
Both I have moments where I am withdrawn and quiet then there are the days when I am out and about.
