    Quick S/N test for friends

I just wonder how I could do in one sentence a quick S/N test when i wonder about friends. I need several ideas to be able to re-check the first result !

For example someone said one day that a sentence like "Hey is it true that you got arrested for frozen straberries yoghourt" is a good test to see how the person respond. If the persons goes silly and makes up a story on how yes got arrested and could escape the prison by chance it's a N. I'd say this test works better with xNxP than others...

The cup test is not that good (describe a white cup). N are supposed to do more abstract description and go silly or say poems on the cup etc... It doesn't work with NT who are too factual for that (describe a cup = describe a cup.... for NTs as well)

    These sites might help -

My MBTI Personality Type - MBTI Basics - Sensing or Intuition
    Sensing vs. Intuiting
    Sensing or iNtuition Preference

S is more realistic, N more idealistic, S is more concrete, N more abstract. This letter is about how people process data in their minds, so S would be factual whilst N would be theoretical.

Perhaps if you ask them to seriously answer what their meaning to life is

Thank you, but it doesn't really help! I look for a pratical question, not a definition...

Yes for example... What would be S signs or N signs? and what's about religious SJ? Their answer could sound NF?

motor skills - most Ns hate fixing things around the house

leading meetings - many S will lead a meeting and focus entirely on individual tasks, not overriding goals, when they do present a "vision", it's usually unsurprising and copycat

if they're guys, don't ask them to describe an object, ask them to fix one

if they're chicks, ask them about art - Ns want to interpret it, SPs want to make it, SJs only care if they can use it to decorate their house

unless they're indifferent to art. like i am. if someone asked me to interpret, let's say, the painting of Mona Lisa, my answer will be: "it's a picture of some chick smiling."

and if they persist in getting me to say more after that, i will say with great irritation, "im not interested in analyzing art, go ask someone else."

... that's also faulty when the N in question work as an artist/ designer or is an artist themselves.

ahihihi, that's so true....! not waterproof of course, but from my experience..... my parents always annoy me with things that have to be fixed in my flat (and it's even not THEIR flat)..... like....did you hang up that mirror (which stands on the floor since I've bought it).....and I kept asking my bf to hang it up, and he never ever would..........
this is not serious, but..... Imagine you have a lamp in your bathroom with 3 lightbulbs.... when would a sensor change those lightbulbs, and when would an intuitive :)?
I can only speak for myself, but.....I'd only changed when all 3 lightbulbs weren't working AND it was winter and the natural light wasn't sufficient.....but my S parents would probably have changed the first light bulb when it didn't work......just a silly anecdote, not meant to stereotype....
