What's your favorite Greeting?

How do you like people to greet you.

Hi, how are you?

Hi, how is your day going?

Oh, by the way, I'm ___. *smile*

If someone greeted me with that I'd be like... "HMM you're weird. I approve!!" *hugs*

I like the Indian and Nepali greeting, "Namaste." It translates as "I salute the god in you" or "All that is divine in me salutes all that is divine in you."

I'm not fond of greetings. It's straight to conversation with me.

Greet me with an interesting idea to consider or a question that involves more than the mundane.

I like to greet people with "Greetings." It's pleasantly awkward and vaguely implies that I'm a space alien.

Edit: I don't think I've ever said that aloud, though. I use it in letters/online correspondence. It might be creepy in person.

Well even though no one has ever did this to me I think the way I'd want someone to greet me is by saying "How you doin" like Joey off of Friends. Not in a sexual way as joey does but just in a funny way.
