Thank Tree122Thanks

This is a discussion on What type is your ideal partner? within the Member Polls forums, part of the Personality Type Forums category; I'd give any type a shot, as I don't think I'd ever date purely based on MBTI. I'd probably prefer ...

I'd give any type a shot, as I don't think I'd ever date purely based on MBTI. I'd probably prefer an NF though, maybe an NT. I voted for INFP, INFP guys are amazing! :) Where on Earth do you guys hide???

  2. #112

Anyone who's submissive and won't question me.

I bet the ESTJs are really feeling the love.

  4. #114

    We tied with the ENFP's!

    Thank you for voting, everyone!

Even though the people who voted were probably talking about the women.

I'm not attracted to any one type in particular. Or even letters... since I've had crushes on every letter. Looking back, the majority have been ExxJs, but I don't know if that's an actual preference or just chance.

Why are there so many votes for INTJ? Clearly, you people have no idea how insane we really are.

I think it's strange that people feel confident in typing other people, especially if they don't personally know them or have any kind of professional training in psychology. I'm also skeptical that there are really strong, practical differences between types when it comes to everyday behavior (I'm sure I like some ESTPs and despise some INFJs).

The F is most important when it comes to attraction, followed closely by the N. On paper, I like NFs the most and would love an NF society. I like ENFs but I can't relate to extroverts at all, even if getting into a relationship was an option, I wouldn't want to live with a girlfriend or wife because I need privacy and solitude. There was a time when I thought of INFPs as the ideal type but now I think I would prefer an INFJ, I would like someone with strong values and a strong stance on moral issues (not dogmatic when it comes to the application of those values but a clear understanding of why things are right or wrong and a commitment to their philosophy and ideals). I would also like someone who has similar ideas about ethics as I do, on paper I think that would be an NFJ but I have no idea. Maybe I'm misunderstanding the kind of role that P and J, or any other letter, plays in moral attitudes/beliefs. INFPs come in second, though.

Didn't know INFJs were this popular.

We beat the ENFP's? You guys are much sexier than us!

I would vote for ESTJ as a mercy vote, but I already voted for ENFP.

    Sorry, ESTJ's...

I just hope you'll be happy to know that, as an INFJ, I think someone who dominates in bed is very sexy...

    I chose INFJ

I mainly because shy people tend to be more... interesting and private but i wouldnt mind being with Es theyre fun and all... but social situations... due to my extreme shyness drive me anxious and nervous... i only am able to relax when im not in a crowded place (school doesnt trouble me though) or large group of friends,

NF because i love bein around other NFs.. we usually have the same interests and similar points of view.. ive got many NF friends and i can talk to them for over an hour and not getting bored of it.

J becuase i tend to admire orderly people... but i'd like that person to be J/P balanced.. orderly and responsible but at the same time random and fun

...now that i said all of this i remember i have a crush on a INFJ girl XD
