I love nothing better than punching a smug fuck's head in, who else feels this way?

^This guy. He continues to impress me.
Keep up the good work, young man.
Anyway: In my youth, during my crazy party days.
Great confidence builder, by the way.
Now I would never harm someone unless they threatened or harmed someone I cared about.
I punched quite a few people and kicked quite a few shins in my time.
I dream of violence more than I partake of it.
But I do have the ability to deliver convincing threats, as needed.
Nah, it'll pass.
Ill leave their body intact, I prefer to destroy their pride and soul

I try to keep it in my head. I have been forced to defend myself a couple of times though.
Those times have long been gone.
While I don't actively provoke confrontation, I won't back down from it either if it's pushed my way.
No, I'm not violent at all, nor do I believe that an appropriate response to being verbally provoked (either directly or indiractly) is to get your fists out. Even if they are inviting you for some good ol' fashioned fisticuffs, I've never really seen the appeal of stooping down to their level. Telling someone no and depriving them of the satisfaction of controlling your behaviour hits harder than any punch you could ever throw, trust me.
I do believe in using violence in self-defence however. Other than that, I would also get into a shitload of trouble on my course if I was ever caught getting into brawls. Not worth it.
And no, the fact that other ISTPs may engage in similar behaviour does not justify anything which you have done or will do. At the end of the day, only you are responsible for your actions and it's going to be you alone who has to speak up for them.
