Answer to original question: yes although not often. I do highly enjoy playing devil's advocate in every possible conversation. It helps me understand the topic better by thinking about it from a different view point and it bugs the shit out of people... win win

Answer to original thread hijack: I currently have 2 cocker spaniels (way too hyper for me), 2 mutts that apparently had a horrible childhood and are scared of all males (unless food is involved), 2 cats (one's a prissy old bitch and the other was a dog in another life), 1 beagle that is just awesome except when he smells something interesting then he wont listen for shit. First 2 were paid for, 5 were rescues.

I think extroverted sensors to some degree do things like this. Your going to notice ESTPS love this type of stuff, They love awkward moments and confrontation and picking at people to see who they are. Not neccesarily as bad as it sounds it's more of an information gathering type thing. If I meet a new person I'll find out who they are pretty quickly. An example I can give is if I'm skeptical of someone I can say a racist joke ( For you super serious people I'm sorry but racist jokes are funny, along with rape jokes.) How they react to it can give me many details about them. I often test people by putting my values infront of them in an indirect way and I see how they react to it. If they go against my values then there's no place in my life for them.

They are currently on the 4'x5' deck practicing jingle bells for the christmas holiday party. The downstairs neighbor apparently can keep good bass rhythm with a broom handle which helps. I find that the courtyard provides the best echos at 2am although the cops seem to think that this is too early to practice. Killjoys.

(they actually have a big house and huge lawn. The prissy bitch enjoys the screened in porch =) )

I enjoy screwing with people. Convincing them I'm a serial killer, or making them afraid I'll kill them, while smiling all the way through. Or just other ways, it's pretty fun all in all.

To answer the hijack, I don't have any dogs, what with animal allergies, but should they ever vanish I'd consider getting one. I get along with animals very well, since they seem absurdly easy to understand and communicate with. None of that hidden agenda bull.

I think you're drawing the wrong conclusion. It's not amusing to anger others. But if someone doesn't think straight and gets their knickers in a bunch over something I said, I usually won't tell them in the way I'm doing to you here, but I'll say increasingly ridiculous stuff until they realize, either that I'm joking, or that we're incompatible. If they realize I'm joking, that's fine. If they don't that's fine too. Troll-lol-lol.

I show empathy to people that are important to me, and then I do it all the time. I need to be able to identify with a person to show empathy, and that by default means considering them important.

It's not a way to gauge their reaction, it's just my sense of humor. Though I can usually tell a lot about a person through their responses. My friends are pretty immune to me now.

    Examples.
Person: "I going to the bathroom."
Me: "Have fun. Let me know how it goes."

Person: "Your bag is so heavy!"
Me: "Be careful with it. I have to sell those drugs and slaves later."

Person: "I'm going to California, do you want anything?"
Me: "Yes, bring me back an infant. I don't care if it's stolen or not."

We have a projector that shows video on the whiteboard.
Person One: "Can I erase the bit of marker on his face?"
    Teacher: "Sure."
    *erases green marker on board*
    Person One: "Green mustache."
Person Two: "Why would you erase that? Leave it for your enjoyment. Draw a new one."
Me: "He might move. Don't be stupid."

    Person One: "Stop drinking haterade."
    Me: "I don't drink water."
    Person Two: "It's not water."
Me: "It has water in it."
    Person One: "Fine. Eating."
    Me: "I don't eat."
    Person One: "Really?"
Me: "I go lay in the sun and photosynthesize."
    Person One: "I'm not even..."
Me: *(cutting him off) photosynthesize like Spongebob with just my arms*

All of these things would make me el oh el.

So what's the best response when you guys are saying ridiculous stuff for your kicks? Would you rather we react horrified or try to shock you by taking it even further? Or something else?

@Seamaid Continue our themes and say outlandish things.

Also, I get extremely put off when people act like they are better than me when I act nonsensically. Like scoffing, bunching your eyebrows up and giving me the face, etc.
