What Do ISTP Females Look Like?

If you're looking to pick up a pattern, IME the two ISTPs (1 female, 1 male) I know in real life share these features:
Rounded, youthful features; round, wide-open eyes; round cheeks; upturned nose; full fleshy lips; naturally arched eyebrows conveying curiosity; a well-proportioned athletic body.

Despite being from different ethnic backgrounds (asian & white/black), they look remarkably like these more famous ISTPs:

But judging from the pictures here of real ISTP women, I think there must be other sub-typical features that are common as well, which I find easy to recognize but harder to describe for some reason.

this is my watered down version of my death glare; I generally smirk in my pictures but not in this one. Don't mind my kid slumped over sleeping in the back
