I think I've been asked this once before:
What is your greatest fear?
As an ISTJ, I dislike change, but that is not my greatest fear. In a micro sense, I fear failure of whatever task is before me. In a macro sense, I fear coming to the end of my journey and having not yet lived.

Mentally, I do fear abandonment I suppose, and losing loved ones.
small spiders... give me a tarantula and I'm fine, but a wolf spider? or anything else small, just scares the hell out of me. I figure this is related to a time when I was younger and out camping and a small spider bit my neck while I was asleep, which made me puff out, and left me with a nasty rash for 2-1/2 weeks, even with antibiotics.
Home invasion is next on my list, followed swiftly by death of friends/family members.

I fear being stuck on the freeway for hours after a big earthquake hits and I have to use the restroom. Death or bodily injury don't concern me.
I am literally surprised of all the home invasion fears.. take a self defense class and/or buy a hand gun... such a simple (relatively simple) fix to something that one is 'most afraid' of...
Guns are scawy!
Don't confuse unfamiliar with scary.
