    I never have, and never will find a female intimidating.
    Of course not. You're already an ISTJ. <_<

    @Yardiff Bey

    So you're saying it's not possible for an ISTJ to be intimidated by another ISTJ?

    I would say it was not possible just by being an ISTJ - ie by being our normal selves. I mean, we kind of understand each other and how we work.

    Deliberately attempting to intimidate another ISTJ, I'd say would be doable.
    niss and Sela thanked this post.

    While I can't remember being intimidated by anyone for many years, when I was younger some people certainly intimidated me. Some of those that did so were women. Size isn't the only thing to consider, although it does play a role.

    Of course it is possible and happens frequently, but all in all it depends on the individuals involved in the interaction.

    Females certainly have an advantage in the emotional department. Most guys are cripples when it comes to recognizing their own emotions, how to move on in a healthy way, and how to express them, and certain women will use this to their advantage.

    Oh really, i've never gotten that cold, judgemental vibe here , ever. ( maybe you're joking ) And no, i don't feel intimated by ISTJ or any type or personality. I have to say that my 1 ISTJ friend is more confident than my 2 INTJ friends put together ;) although my INTJ friends are more intimating to outsiders than my 1 ISTJ friend. Weird.

    Here at PerC, i don't know about RL, the ISTJ forum is actually a delight to visit. You seem to suck people in with that charm, can't put my finger on it, but it is charming ;-)
