Aspiring ISTJ, I need tips & advice to becoming the ultimate ISTJ.

Well since I'm an aspring ISTJ, I've decided to come here to ask ya'll lovely ISTJs advice on how to be the unltimate ISTJ.

    What defines ISTJ?
    What inspires ISTJs?
What would life be like in the shoes of an ISFJ?

I guess you get the picture, so anyways how do I become the ultimate ISTJ? I need tips & advice? ;D

I think a better question for you is "What can I do to become a better person given my experiences and path in life?"

But even in presenting this question, it's still too broad and vague. It would best serve as an introductory question, a starting point for details about yourself such as: Where are you in life? Are you working? Going to school? Both? Married or single? Have any sources of regret or remorse? Any lingering weaknesses or private fears you'd like some advice on overcoming? A relationship problem? Coffee or tea?

You get the idea. We need to know more.

Well, for starters, ISTJs don't care for non-standard fonts and colors in our posts. Stick to Times New Roman, size 12, black text.

The rest should fall into place.

Personally, I don't believe it is possible to change your MBTI type, although I know that Ns always have that desire to improve themselves. As @SoftBoiledLife alluded to, you're better off just becoming the best ENFP/person you can.

    What defines ISTJ?

Finishing tasks? Being honorable? Being dependable and dutiful?

I'd probably care about others a lot more. Unless you meant ISTJ...

An ENFP that wants to be an ISTJ?!? Someone that wants to change their type?!? Is this for real, or is it an alcohol or drug induced thread?!?

There is a lot of truth to this statement, except in the case where formatting serves for organizational purposes.

I would say for any MBTI type, a person should learn their strengths and weaknesses and how this affects their attitudes and actions.

Props on use of alluded instead of improperly saying "eluded".

Agreed; the incorrect use of "allude" and "elude" bugs me.

Yes. Knowledge of the proper usage tends to elude many.
