Truth. But one can get past it although it's very damn hard to.

My friend, you seem to not know this natural enhancement called "shrooms"..:D If that doesn't stop apathy, I don't know what does.. I bet where you live.. in the land of elves and hobbitses, these things come in manifold shapes and colors even..;-)

Though I have heard, simple "bathsalts" can cause the beginning of zombie apocalypse... as well stops the apathy..

Anyone else think the show Hoarders might be staged? I've watched several episodes and some seem real but others seem like the personalities don't fit and they just threw a bunch of shit in somebody's house and paid them to pretend to be crazy.

Meh, I don't think so... I mean, some people might be more fit for "Clean House" because they don't seem as attached to their stuff, but so many people have serious problems, you can just tell.

and I've always wondered exactly what "pipe weed" was... Sounded dodgy to me.

On a semi-related note regarding diets, keeping pet snails is incidentally increasing my own vegetable consumption. These days I give them slices of celery/carrot/lettuce/whatever and snack on what's left while watching them eat (I'm generous enough to not stake my claim on crushed eggshells or cuttlefish bone.)

I began doing this because the way they feasted on the vegetables made the stuff look so tasty. I started taking bites just to see what their deal was, only to end up being invariably disappointed. The veggies just taste like plain veggies no matter what; I almost feel like the little bastards lied to me.

The problem is that is a big "if." People attracted to recreational drug use are usually trying to escape reality, so self-control tends to be in short supply.
