Rave: great band session yesterday, my voice grows more powerful again. Resolved jealousy issue with my man <--- megarave. I am never good when I don't understand where he is coming from. Going to a party now, our drummer has birthday. Have to leave these creeping closer walls called my room.
Rant: no. too tired to rant rants.
I guess for a change, I will just enjoy the evening. :)
Rant: I feel phobic of phones. I don't want to call anyone that I don't already know. I don't understand, I don't feel this nervous when meeting someone in person. Yet I need to call people because I am trying to find a room or apartment to live in.
I need to suck it up, because I'm totally going to have to call people in real life and not just e-mail them or see them in person.
Rant: Been away from PerC (and every other site) for a few days. Getting ready for Peer Review at my job and have barely had time for online activities. Work first, skating second, online third.
Rave: Went skating Wednesday (well, I went today too, but that's neither here nor there). Anyway, I got there first, skated a few laps to warm up and then my skating partner showed up and we started skating in tandem together. About 20 minutes into the session, I heard "SELA! (except the person yelled my real name of course)". My friend and I both turned around and then the mystery person smiled huge and was like "HI MOM!!!!!" ... lol. It was my daughter. I had no idea she was going to be there. The three of us had a blast (she went with her fiance's youngest sister) when she wasn't hanging around with her future-sister-in-law.
Super-Rave: Yesterday was the same daughter's 21st birthday. I was up practically ALL NIGHT worried sick about her (see? ISTJ's DO feel, contrary to popular opinion). She is fine. She and her fiance went out for a while last night but called it an early night and attended a wedding today. I am very, very relieved that she did not go out and act stupid last night.
Rave: The bagpipes of the military band of the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards are exceptional. They are most awesome when playing Amazing Grace.
Rave: Back from a week of summer camp with the scouts - glad it's over, but had a good time.
Rave: Violet is walking everywhere - driving Chamberlain crazy!
