Reason: My ENFP colleague has no concept of the territory of others, but only of her own territory, which she claims heavily and in a way that makes me want to choke her. Despite that, she is a control freak par excellence and she wants to micromanage everything. And further, she tells me EVERYDAY that she has so much experience in project management, because she worked 3 years in the industry. I can't hear that anymore. She is totally unpragmatic. She takes on tasks without asking the people involved, if she can take them. I know, most people involved with her are already very annoyed by her bossy way. I am very much too, because she overrides my tasks, I already did. But I am the one, she whines around to, because nobody follows her project management. If I hear the word project management for another time, I have to kill someone.



I fucking hate this snobbish attitude. GAWD!!!!

Ok-so colleague tested herself as ENTP, but that was like 6 years ago. Will now rather pin her to ENTJ.

I just want to mention that something that combines us ENFPs as a whole is that we hate controlling others.
