Let's see here... The SCARIEST thing I have ever done was jumped from the top of this structure on a ropes course into a giant swing:

I forged a note once in junior high, but that was because I didn't want to bother my parents about school stuff. It was a note granting permission to go on some field trip; I got caught cause I forgot to put a date on it. Doh!
