I'd say Worf is ISTJ. Obsessed with tradition. Highly scheduled and geared towards closure and quick judgments. Practical and hands-on as opposed to theoretical.
Commander Data is a classic INTP. Theoretical, unconventional, eccentric, playfully open-minded.
Compare Worf to the Roman officer Vorenus in HBO's Rome. They're temperamentally very similar in many ways.
Kim is very, very difficult to type. I'd say he's INFJ. Far too sensitive to be a ISTJ, imo. Always mopey about missing his parents or his latest crush. He strikes me as a real feeler type. I suppose you could make a case for ISFJ.
Essentially, too much of a softie for ISTJ.
I've had many ENTP friends and have to disagree. ENTP men tend to be pretty good with the opposite sex because they have the gift of gab. Watch how tongue-tied Kim continually is. He has to be introverted. And soooo trusting of the aliens they meet. Got to be an "F"-type.
Just my two cents. Kim is a tough nut to crack type-wise.
Holographic Doctor is easily ENTP. Occasionally Captain Kirk, who veers between ESTP and ENTP depending on the episode.
I do think Don Draper of Mad Men is ISTJ ...although ENTJs and INTJs like to claim him too.
