Does anyone else get this? Me and my friend, normally my friend, who is an ISFP, will listen to a song and then have that at the top of our playlist for weeks until we get bored of it and then we find something else.

Well, I don't have a playlist, I just listen to the radio and my few CD's in my car, and on occasion it's happened that I hear one of those supposedly popular songs and like it, then after hearing it too many times I get tired of it. But I suppose most people do that.

Other than that, if I have a favorite song it usually really means something to me -- either I listened to it when I was a kid, I really like its message, or the music is just so beautiful to me -- so I almost never get tired of it.

Then again, I guess you're bound to get bored of a song if you listen to it every day for weeks.

I do that allllll the time. Including at this moment. Maybe its an S thing? I know most N's I know don't like repetitive stuff.

Yeah, I'd definitely say that it's an S thing from what I know, mostly because I listen to the music for the sound itself rather than the lyrics or message.

DUDE, that's exactly how I am! Every time I go last.fm scrobbling, I'll find a handful of songs I ADORE and it'll be my playlist on repeat for a few days (that's right, not a few weeks). What can I say? I make and break addictions quickly.

I get tired of hearing a majority of my songs after a certain amount of time. My favorite song and the song I never get tired of is this:

Cool, lots of songs I've never even heard of; how do you guys find this stuff?

I recently discovered a tv show called Glee, and made the mistake of watching the whole season online in just a couple of days. I liked some of the songs, so I listened to them on youtube (another mistake), and now they are stuck in my head and I am starting to hate them because of it! Ok maybe not that bad, because I keep listening to them.
