If you had to choose between:

1) Accomplishing EVERYTHING you wanted to accomplish in your life, but not be loved

or,

2) Be totally loved in an incredible relationship all your life, but not achieve anything in your life



which one would you choose? and why?

I'd choose the second one, I've never expected myself to accomplish anything big or important, and being in a great relationship where I could support my partner in what she wants to accomplish would make me happier than anything else. What's the point of being a success when you're not loved and can't enjoy it?

i dont really have a desire to accomplish something, i mean have money yes, but achieve some sort of goal ... not so much.

Actually for me this question is a really hard one... Just "accomplishing" to me is not enough in the sense of 'achieving' etc, but living my life's purpose, you know, is so important. I can't really enjoy love if I'm not living my life's purpose... But it like includes love. So I'd say it is my life purpose of love, but I wouldn't need the relationship.

I guess if I HAD to choose, I would choose achieving my life's purpose... or maybe I don't know true love yet and if I did, I would decide otherwise...

It's a HARD one for me though. They are like neck-to-neck. They're both incredibly important.

I would choose the latter because it wouldn't matter if I accomplished ALL my goals since I live in the moment and would feel as if those goals weren't enough or wouldn't give them merit after a certain amount of time had passed. Plus, I'd still have an empty void in my life.

I would choose number two also because if I didn't achieve anything, at least I'd have someone make me feel as if I did.

Edit: Both would be fulfilling, nonetheless.

I choose option 2, although one of my goals in life is to be loved as much as possible so its kinda confusing which option to choose .
If that makes any sense i don't know, but anyway i think i would rather have the second option :)

Wow, this is a really hard question. What exactly do you mean by loved? Like...romantically? Or are all types of love included? If I pick the first one will my family and friends not love me anymore?! D:
