    ISFPs humour and hangouts

I recently hung out with an ISFP male for the day (in a random circumstance) and it was so easy. We just joked around the whole time, didn't take things seriously - we played off of each other's humour. I was just me, and it was so comfortable and natural. When I look back at the day I don't remember details about him but more the overall feeling of the situation. I was able to take a lot with me from the conversations we had. The way ISFPs approach life really fascinates me, even if I don't agree with some of it, I some how understand it.

Do you find you get along well with ENTPs?
Was there a genuine silliness and playfulness when hanging out?

I want to meet more ISFPs, I can see how their artistic approach to life fits really well with an ENTP.

What's the best way to go about meeting ISFPs?

Get a laser-pointer ISFP gun, you know, like one of those thermometer guns that you aim and point and it tells you what the temp is, but for ISFPs...

ok srsly, I think we're a pretty shy and 'invisible' types, so we're rather good at evading detection. But I think you can try hanging out at the local art scenes, if you're into that kind of thing. I'm sure there is going to be a higher concentration of ISFPs there.

Sorry not to be of much help here, because I don't know any other ISFP in real life either. I also don't know any ENTP in real life, so I can't say what I think of you guys :P.

If the person is silly and playful to you, then it's a good sign that he likes you a lot. I know it'd be true for me, because I don't open up too easily.

Chances of meeting an ISFP is very slim. We're quiet, discrete, don't attract attention... get what I'm saying?

    Advertise free cookies. XD

I have noticed many ENXP's coming here asking where to find us. I have met one ENTP on a training course, and I have met two in college. I get along with ENTP's better without other people around, I don't know why, maybe they like to preform?

Honestly, The possibilities for potential ISFP encounters are almost endless. Its not like we have some sort of super secret base hidden in the depths the ocean where once a week we meet to discuss daily matters as well as plot to conquer some part of Alaska to construct an all ISFP fortress. Nope >.>.

But maybe, try to engross your self in typical ISFP interests a.k.a artsy stuff (sorry to resort to have to resort to stereotyping guys, but you know! stereotypes have at least some inkling of truth to it) and your bound to meet a few. Sorry I cant really come up with any specifics.

I'm THE walking ISFP stereotype...right down to the Socionics physical description! I'm also an artist by profession. Except for the animals and small children thing, however I get along incredibly (and unexpectly) well with children for someone who claims to not care much for children.

My question is why can't I ever find one of you people who's looking for an ISFP?

I have to agree with all of the free food suggestions, sounds good to me!

Other than that, I'm not sure. From what I've seen on our forum, we all seem to have varied interests, so you can probably find an ISFP in many different places. Just keep your eyes open for a quiet person and strike up a conversation with them. If they seem friendly and easy-going, they might be an ISFP.
