Sometimes I afford myself the luxury of wearing something stylish.
I
I had these ideas for changing my style up a bit while I was at lunch today. What I love is that early 80's braids and feather clips and head-bands are back in style (as opposed to the "big hair" of the late 80s) and my hair is currently long enough to do all this, in fact I think the braided headbands look better with long hair and bangs.
I don't think I'd do it completely 80's, though, but emulate the style with modern pieces. Like wearing yoga pants instead of stirrup pants, with more modern athletic shoes (I just think I want a new pair of running shoes) but the shirts in layers with a tank top underneath and a ripped and/or off-shoulder bigger shirt over the tank top with the stretch pants.
I don't even think it would be expensive, the most expensive thing will be getting a new pair of shoes.
I also bought a cool leopard print, form-fitting sun dress at a vintage store last week, and I've been carrying an Alice in Wonderland Cheshire Cat lunchbox as a purse.
I am kind of disappoint with my clothes at the moment, so I'm looking to buy more when I have the money.
Yes, I am talking about things like this:
This pic is probably too complicated, but at least I like the make up and the top braid. The side braids seem a bit convuluted I think I'd leave that part straight.
I've also always liked big hoop earrings, and I WILL wear side braids occasionally.

Clothes -- The only thing that makes me wish I was a girl. Shoes is even worse, it's the standard of standard with a few pairs of ugly trendy shoes.
I'm really confused about what to wear and what would be good etc.
Looking to change my look actually! Any ideas welcome :)
(I wear Tshirts and jeans a lot).
I LOVE androgynous style. My daily outfit normally consists of jeans, a shirt and a blazer. Normally all or mostly black. On special occasions (and I use that term loosely - going shopping or out for lunch counts as a special occasion!) I tend to wear dresses. Often these are skater dresses and in monochrome, then I pair them with small heels and either nude or thick black tights depending on the weather.
I don't have any pictures but most of my accessories contrast to my usual monochrome because they are mostly hot pink! I don't mean jewellery but things like my phone case, handbag, pen, filofax, iPod ear phones, keys and even recently my lipstick are all pink.

I'm more into skirts and dresses now compared when I was in college. I used to just wear whatever clothes I find in my closet haha like a guy. :D
Jeans and t-shirt for me. Although pretty much every single one of my shirts is a band shirt. I guess that's how I show my individuality as an ISFP as music means a lot to me.
I like wearing converse shoes as well. Or runners if I want something comfortable.

In one word, earthy. Everything I buy has to inspire me visually, and be comfortable to move in.
Actually it's interesting you mention earthy. As I've found that more-so in the last couple of years I've been wearing clothes with more earthy looking colours.
