I'm alright at making soft toys.
I'm also pretty good at sleeping, if I do say so myself.

I am good at cooking, cleaning, skiing, running, guitar, and short-term planning.
All the ISFPs I know are really, really talented at a lot of things, but genuinely think they have 'no special talents' and are mediocre at best. It's mind boggling, because you're all so god damn good at everything - you're the only ones who can't see it, because you're too busy admiring people who are at the very top of their fields and have been training for years longer than you have.
And even if you don't favour and nurture a particular academic or marketable skill, you always seem to be well dressed and well kept and stylish to the point where, no matter what physical features you were born with, you're always gorgeous. You carry yourselves in a way that makes other people envious, even though you think you're socially awkward. You're honest and passionate and are constantly striving to be better. When people talk about you behind your back, it's to say 'I wish I were ISFP'. You might not see this as something special, but you have the most useful, most envied skillset of all.
Maybe it's because I'm an ENTP, and we're supposed to be naturally fascinated by ISFPs, but whenever I've discussed ISFPs with other types they all agree with me. You guys are seemingly perfect to the outside world - your only downfall is your sometimes lack of self confidence and your constant doubting.
I've never met an ISFP who hasn't made me think 'wow, this ISFP is going places'. They're all going to make names for themselves, no matter what career path they take.
this was just my thinking for a very loooong time and im only now at 31 starting to think differently XDAll the ISFPs I know are really, really talented at a lot of things, but genuinely think they have 'no special talents' and are mediocre at best. oh , and as for the original poster: music, drawing, math and (some) science are my staples. isfps are good at envisioning certain things especially in flashes of brief/fleeting images or ideas. that's why some of them are really good at drawing or writing songs if they have enough exposure to different sources. others may be good at some sciences, because they can "see" how nature behaves.
i've also met some isfps on this forum who are good at English and writing, esp poetry. i, however, am abysmal at it.![]()
I don't think I posted in this thread before, but I'm really good at cooking. I make a lot of foods from scratch and I'm very meticulous when I cook because it just has to come out perfect. Plus I don't have some kitchen tools I would like, which makes me have to work a bit extra and slower.
I'm also pretty good at writing and researching. Currently working on putting together a biography and I want to publish a collection of short stories.
Haven't done much baking, except for "ready to bake" cookies.
I've baked a few chickens here and there. Or is that roasting? ...... I've roasted beef too.
OH! I've baked my own pizzas!
I've learned most of the techniques from youtube believe it or not. Lots of recipes are found online and in cook books. I take no credit for a good recipe, but all the practice has made me a pretty good cook over all.
Thanks for the tips about YouTube; they have some good recipes.
Some people overlook pizza as being too "common" or "ordinary" but the homemade recipes look delish!
