What would you add or subtract from this description of an ISFJ?

loyal, give more than take, will go down with their friends and family if their they suffer punishment even if they are innocent, family oriented, can't say no, doormats, can't stand up for themselves, will not argue back, possessive, can't delegate, low profile, too conventional

Also I need a video of an ISFJ acting typical so I can study the type.

That description sort of offends me - I feel like you took a very negative stance of the type. Even when you said "loyal" you followed it up with things like doormat. None of that feels positive at all to me. :(

Also, I'm curious as to why you want a video of an ISFJ.. what is this all for?

Ehh, they all seem like a pretty cliche image. I can find it hard to say no, but also can get extreamly stubborn, it depends on the situation.

Subtract it all and say, for me, fear driven, perfectionistic, one track thoughts, love of nostalgia, hoarder, passionate about and dedicated to certain key things and people, slow to open up, lover of good food, enjoys simple pleasures but can be hard to please, shy, a tad weird and awkward, especially when first meeting a person, can favour continuing with unenjoyable patters for fear of change - even good change can be overwhelming, sensitive, extreamly loyal once we trust you - but that can take a long time, needing to feel like all the cards are on the table, slow to start learning a new thing or technique but once the pattern is guaged extremely proficient, dislikes expressing anger. Maybe more, maybe less, probably personal to everyone.

'Convention' and family for me is more about a store of ideas and few trusted individuals or past times - people are inconsistent, and broad generalisations and strictly, consciously following cultural convention seem silly to me.

In the less healthy, the bit about sticking to unfavorable patterns, also paranoia, irrational assumptions and logic and so forth - the negative side of an inferior Ne.
