With the number of INTP's on this forum, I'm beginning to wonder if that 1% statistic is true or if le gasp I'm not an INTP. Should that be the case, I must reconsider my career choice as an IT as of right now.
Anyways, I became very intrigued by Myer-Briggs testing after my friend introduced me through a test. I seriously agonized for two to three weeks over what my type was. It was between INTJ, INFP, and INTP. Seriously, I was so focused that I would almost 'act' like one type to see if it 'fit'. If this rings any bells for anyone, let me know, I'm curious about other experiences about finding type. Every test I take, I come up as INTP and I tested for both Ti and Te primary functions on a cognitive functions test (Fe and Fi incurred heavy abuse, rating below 25% for both).
Hopefully, you will have the patience to read the entirety of my post. It really isn't that long and if you do, you have my gratitude.
