    Hello,

    I am logan235711, the last 5-numbers stand for the first prime numbers. I had to make it up on the spot some time ago and it was the only decent think I could think of that I could remember at the moment. I enjoy blueberries and raw fruit juices : )

    I also like music, I own over 5,000 albums and will be arrogant enough to say that I know about the different styles of music than anyone who will ever join or who has joined...teehehe ; )

    I also love to read, mostly non-fiction. I like to feel that what I am reading I can apply more directly to the world, than say fiction all day. But I also like reading fiction every-now-and-then, mostly literature (which is different than regular fiction, as many know) and cult-classic books of various genres.

    Um...What else?!?

    Yay for green living and caring for the environment! Nay for people who are too lazy to make efforts that they know deep down they should be doing anyways : (

    Hi logan! Thanks for joining personality cafe. I agree that coffee is bad for you, but its a great stimulant when you need to get through the day without fainting. Its hard for me to sleep like normal people. I feel that if you sleep, you are wasting your life away. hehe.

    Anyways you have 5,000 albums?! That is amazing. What types of music do you like to listen to the most?

    He likes a wide variety of music, but the things he has shared with me have been among my favorites. I have liked them so much that I have added them to my own collection. He is the INTJ I was talking about in the music thread who introduced me to Autumn's Grey Solace and Love Spirals Downwards. He has so much music that, whatever you like, he will likely have something in that genre that you haven't heard yet.

    Well with 5,000 albums, I won't be surprised if I haven't heard more than half of his music.

    I Iisted some music in the "Your type of music" thread, but here it is again anyways ; )

    Ambient, Funeral Doom, Dream House, Progressive Trance, 1990s Rap, Euro House, Post Rock, Post Modern/Romantic Classical, 1980s Progressive J-Pop/Rock, Drone Metal, Neo-Folk, Dark/Progressive Metal, EBM/Futurepop/Synthpop hyrbids, Indie Rock.

    I totally used to feel bad about sleeping! But then I realized that no matter how bad I feel that it's something that I HAVE to do if I want to be the best person I can be. So I changed my tune (where's the whistling smiley! lul) and now make more of an effort to make my sleeping the best AND most efficient I can. There are so many great ways to make sleeping enjoyable and to make it not feel like a waste of time! How would you like it if you could dream of anything you wanted when you feel asleep? Or maybe you have some issues on your mind, then perhaps you could think about them in your dreams so that you can sleep and get your priorities finished! lol Be fun and creative with sleeping! You need it, you can't escape it (unless you find the idea of dying 20-years younger and getting headaches and sickenesses more often fun), so join it! lol

    Well I think I have a sleeping disorder because I always wake up in the middle of the night. Its either me or my mattress that needs to change. lol

    If it's your mattress, then over time you will develop mid/lower back pains and as time continues with the same mattress your mid/lower back will get worse and worse until it becomes an effort just to stand and do simply bending activities. This happened to me and I had to buy a new matress. Check ebay for cheap!! Tempur-Pedic like mattresses *swoons* that's what I have ; )

    Sleeping disorder wise, it usually just a combination of bad habits built up over time. It's best to check some websites such as the National Sleep Foundation and look at their list of bad sleep habits and sleep myths and see if you fall under or are guilty lol of any. Work on improving them one-by-one and in time voila! your problems will disappear! Breathing techniques and Centering work best for me when I am stressed or having trouble sleeping (usually because my mind is so active!). Good luck Lance!!! (If that's your real name, teehehe)

    I might have to change my mattress. Its as hard as a rock. I'll probably go to a mattress store. I don't want a mattress delivered all the way here from China. haha.
