(I didn't really like the film ... but the clip lives on in my mind.)
The intro scene to Reservoir Dogs. The whole thing, not just the walking part.
Practically every scene from The Princess Bride.
Same thing with Kung Fu Hustle:
Shaun of the Dead:
It's just so damned funny how they beat the barkeep up with the beat of the music. Then the dart to the head makes me completely lose it.
Also, UHF:
The "Obscenity" scene from Bulworth. Scene isn't on youtube anymore(yay copyrights), but found it elsewhere.
Decided to necro an old thread. No point in making a new one. Anywho, here's a few of my favorites.
Do I even need to state why this is one my favorite movie scenes? My heart was pounding out of my chest the first time I watched it in theaters.

The opening scene of Inglorious Basterds. The viewer gets their first taste of Hands Linda's personality - refined and cordial, but quite evil under the surface. He compares the Jews to "rats" without even flinching. At the end of the scene, one is left wondering why he put such little effort into chasing the girl that escaped.
The final scene was awesome as well.
"You'll be shot for this."
"Nooo....I don't think so. More like chewed out. I've been chewed out before."
Also, the strudel scene The tension was unbearable. Why does he order her milk and cream? Does he know that she's the girl he let get away years before?! Tarantino does an amazing job putting the viewer in her mind.
^I'd like to add this one :)
Okay. No doubt, my number one favorite movie scene of all time is the scene in Mulholland Drive in which the two girls go to that creepy theater, Club Silencio or whatever it was called.
For those of you who aren't familiar... okay, I know that if I try to summarize it, I'll end up writing the whole thing, but basically, it has to do with questioning what you had previously accepted but it's very artistically and hauntingly done.
Another favorite is the scene in Holes when Sam sees Kate crying in her schoolhouse in the rain and he goes in, wipes her tear, says "I can fix that," and kisses her. I died. I died that day. I actually did try to figure out why I liked that scene so much, and I think I eventually decided it was because their romance was about Sam and Kate and not Boy and Girl. It had depth and originality and downright beauty, ugh. I can't think of any more at the moment...
This is the one that came to mind immediately. :) So artistic, great song... i'll never forget it.
