    - I'm fascinated by the paranormal. One of my favorite shows is Ghost Hunters. (Do INTPs even believe in ghosts?)

    - I know that when I move out (I'm 19) I will barely interact with people besides when I go grocery shopping or the off chance I hang out with a friend. This excites me more than it should.

    - I'm very aware of my emotions probably because I suffer from depression and supposedly I have ADHD even though I really don't. I choose to hide my emotions.

    - I'm not afraid to die, I'm afraid of an afterlife.
May I just say you have the loveliest avatar? :3

I've always found these subjects fascinating. Especially as a kid, I'd be in the library reading up on ghosts, numerology, astrology, etc. Anyone who says this makes me less than INTP doesn't understand what I get from reading these books.

I've been meaning to, myself but chose not to since I didn't have anything else to post. ^_^ Love it.

    Also,
    - I'm not afraid to die, I'm afraid of an afterlife.
This, 1,000 times over! I used to think I was afraid to die but then I realised it was only because my true fear was the concept of eternity. I have no idea what is supposed to be comforting about the idea of an afterlife.

Everything is so beautiful, even when it's profoundly ugly. Everything is so interesting even if it bores me to death. I am so tired, so tired, so sad.
I don't even know what I hope for except something new, something to captivate me.
Sometimes I think I'm the Don Juan of ideas. I find one I like, I love it passionately, then I consume it and leave the shell with hardly a backward glance.
I'm capable of such a love and dedication, but once the object of that dedication bores me, I'm able to drop it effortlessly.
I agree with this word for word, but the part I bolded especially struck me. It seems like I spend most of my day being mind-numbingly bored and yet it's interesting to me to think about why I'm so bored... especially when I can become interested even in the strangest little things.

Yesterday I entertained myself for hours simply by analysing an ink stain in my classroom. Where it came from, what sort of ink it was, why it was in the shape it was in. And I definitely realised that I knew a lot more than I realised about ink! But why, if I can entertain myself so easily, am I so un-motivated to do anything for an extended period of time? It doesn't make any sense.

    It's fine. :D
I'm completely the same way. The thought of existing forever isn't comfortable, it's terrifying!

I don't have a turntable, but I really want to buy this LP that will cost me $37.
    WTF is wrong with me.

I forget how to tie a tie, so I just loosen them and hang them back up again. Been doing it for years now.
Too stubborn to ask for help.

I discovered a fairly large flying insect in my bedroom today. Instead of doing anything rational to remove it, I lined a plastic cup with duct tape and trapped the insect in the cup on my ceiling. To ensure he could not escape I secured it with more duct tape. This is not the first time I've done this. If anyone comes in my bedroom I will be thoroughly embarrassed to explain my actions.

I am venturing out of this depressing shithole to visit the INFJ forums. There some interesting stuff over there that needs to be sorted out using good ol' logic.

So, like, my goal is to go to uni and study some sort of visual art and make a career from that, but I'm a terrible artist. I don't have technical skill or patience or creativity. Does that mean I'm going to give up art and do something useful and worthwhile? Pfft. Of course not. Everything else is boring.
