    Now I feel out of place. I'm a mesomorph (a sightly overweight one.)



    Even when I was fit, thin, and healthy, BMI told me I was overweight (really tall and broad shoulders.)

    My BMR is something like 4000 calories due to my height and job (6'4.)

    Working out is easy enough if you try to make a routine of it. I can't remember if I've posted this before, but i like the routine of working out, plus it doesn't require much mental effort; therefore it's easier for me to get lost in the thoughts in my head.
