Boosting cognitive functions with nootropics, enhanced intellect, intuition?

As of late, Ive been weaning myself off a myriad of stimulants and depressants... Drugs have always been a quick fix for my issues...

Anywho... Ive been playing with certain nootropic supplements on top of a healthy diet such as deprenyl (moa b), levidopa(dopamine precursor), htp-5 (precursor to serotonin), ect.... Im 31 and dosing accordingly as Ive plenty time to get around to Parkinsons lol...

I have noticed the effects, especially the ssri's.. and the results for me personally are very profound..

Enhanced memory? possibly the slowing down on the pot, but im not sure ive ever been accustom to this ability to recall...

My intuition is turning into a fucking superpower... Nuts... But it was also there before.. Something is different tho..

General euphoric state, leading to increased workload productivity, and my libido is off the charts.. ask my wife.

Im sleeping more than 7 hours on average now with drowsiness setting in after I close my eyes, not when I finish the battle in my head...

Any others using nootropics to enhance your brains functions??

Love (for example) = Serotonin, Dopamine, epinephrine

Issues with any of these receptors means "no love"... Healthy levels of these receptors will continue to give you the love in your life... but not just with people, your job, eating, hobbies.. Love is a broad spectrum stimulated by the exact chemical reaction described...

are we just robots? wtf... lol

I saw a movie recently (limitless) where a man took a pill and gained extreme intellectual abilities... That sparked my endeavor and while its not like the movie, the supplements are making everyday fuckin awesome!

Dunno if you had one before, but changing from a shit diet to a healthy diet can improve your cognitive abilities by half(exaggeration, but still a great improvement), if you are the sort that naturally notices when you are feeling more on top of things.

If you are changing from a shit diet to a healthy diet on top of the nootropics, try going back to a shitty diet and compare how different you feel. I have a hunch that the pills aren't doing much.

Love actually equals very low serotonin uptake and very high dopamine levels, similar to the brain chemistry of a person who has OCD.

My wife is a freak with the food, so I cant say food was really a variable, actually, its the only constant im aware of regarding the chemicals my body is metabolizing....

But I know what you mean, before her, I ate shitty and felt even worse... Good food is a HUGE part in supplying the brain with the precursors to the receptors that determine our cognitive abilities... Im trying to accelerate the process.. and its definitely working..

I've always been curious about them, however I can't afford them at this time.

    edit, nvrmnd.. lol

wouldnt low serotonin uptake mean "higher" levels of serotonin receptors?

isnt that the point of SSRI's?

I live in a physically rich world directly as a result of the philosophy in your sig... People just cant wrap their head around the idea or something.. I feel as If I will my desires directly into existence... And I generally dont feel anything, thats something Im working on..
