Insufferable know it all. I have my own ambitions. Actually looking it up is a waste of time. Glad you wasted it for me. Or you know lots of useless information. It was a fact I knew existed. Knew not the specific location. This personality thing is very valuable at processing human emotions. What time is it, oh, it's 12:30. Well, I'll be spending another sleepless night on misinformed time zones. It is possible...well I suppose the human may not have had anything to do with being up this...hmm....To control time. But the same thing is still happening there. Time is a measuring tool. Can you observe 2 cubic inches. Well yes, but two cubic inches of nothing is a concept. The only way to make nothing real is with the mind. Oooohhh, but that would be cheating.

    If I may interject.

At any rate, we should get back on topic. You can invent stuff at any time. That's easy. The topic of this thread is of much greater difficulty. Please concentrate.

Now. I asked the "ENFP" to take the HumanMetrics MBTI test, and turns out she's an ENFJ with a 1% preference for J. Thoughts on this, please?

Tell her to look for cognitive functions. So should you. They will enlighten you more than some mere test...

Can't tell her anything, that was my one shot. Anything more will be weird. If I could have asked her more, I wouldn't have needed input on that 1% J preference.

    Sorry, had to.

Formal apologies to @Marshmallow Moo for having derailed her thread.

Tests are basically meaningless. They're *a good guess* at best. The best way to type someone is to get to know them and either use descriptions or cognitive functions. Tests are very unreliable and biased.

Thanks for pointing out the obvious; no sarcasm intended. I'll think about this, and consider my options.

There's a big difference between someone who is Fe + Ni (ENFJ) than someone who is Ne + Fi (ENFP). You should be able to spot it if you hang out with her enough. The last person I dated tested borderline J/P, but it became clear once I saw how she made decisions and what she valued.

    It's an illusion, really.
